Shipping Policy

Black Armour® Shipping Policy for Stocked Items

We’re continuing our operations as usual and shipping the orders out on time, we have received notifications from most of the carriers that they’re experiencing backlogs in their facilities. This is mostly due to COVID-19 and the unprecedented peak volumes that they’re seeing during this holiday season. As a result of this, some deliveries may be delayed. Our transportation partners are committed to resolving the backlog issue as quickly as possible; however, in most likelihood, delays should be expected for the rest of this month.

Free shipping is included on all deliveries within the Continental USA ($150 surcharge applies to all orders shipping to Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska) and Canadian Provinces (delivery service is not available for Nunavut, Yukon, North West Territories at this time). We cannot ship any product to APO/FPO addresses; a street address is required. Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to arrive. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the shipment tracking information. Once your shipment departs our warehouse, it belongs to you, so tracking your shipment is highly recommended to avoid missed delivery. Two weeks prior to Christmas, no delivery times are guaranteed. We use Purolator Ground® service for Canadian shipments. For U.S. shipments, we use FedEx Ground® service. Both couriers deliver Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. local time.
