Should I need to Make a Return, Who Pays for the Return Shipping?

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you are responsible for the cost to return the merchandise back to our facility.

What is the Process if I need to Return My Product?

To return your product, contact us at 1-800-663-8724 or NWR-Retail@northwestrubber.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization number and return address. Contact a shipping company of your choice to schedule pick up and shipping. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns over 30 days may incur up to a 25% non-negotiable restocking fee; a 10% non-negotiable restocking fee is assessed for all exchanges. We do not accept C.O.D. returns.

Can I Cancel My Order Once Placed?

To cancel an order, we suggest contacting our Customer Care team at 1-800-663-8724 or email them at NWR-Retail@northwestrubber.com. We will treat your request with top priority, however, it may take up to 48 hours to confirm your request.  If your order has already been sent, you will need to return the merchandise through our normal Returns Process.

Do You Offer a Money Back Guarantee?

Yes!  We offer a 30-day money back guarantee (USA and Canada). Restrictions apply. No products will be accepted without authorization and must be returned within 30 days of invoicing. The product cannot be returned if it has been used and must be returned “as new” and in a re-sellable condition.  Products that have been used in any way are 100% non-returnable.
