When I first received my order, it was incorrect. I got concerned because I didn't know how in the heck I was going to return the thing. I contacted Black Armour, and Daniela was right on it.
I was set to go camping in Utah the following weekend, and the correct bed mat was delivered in time! Without the mat, my truck bed would have taken a beating when I drove to a hiking trail head. And Daniela told me that I wouldn't need to bother with returning the wrong one.
I am all about protecting my investment (my truck). This bed mat will absolutely preserve the part of the truck that normally would take a beating. Thanks again.

Absolutely impressed with service. It seems now a days with COVID everyone seems to take 3-6 weeks to ship something after order is received. Not here. I received my order 2 days after making the order. Great job and product fits perfectly in my truck. Thank you for showing that customer satisfaction is still available in today’s COVID world.

I was looking for a bed mat for my 2020 RAM 1500 Classic. My search included the internet and visits to various truck accessory retailers to compare first-hand the various mats on the market. After comparing the quality, cost and value, it became evident that the Black Armour mat was easily the winner. The install was an exact fit to the contour of the bed and the mat is tough. I'm certain to get great protection of my truck bed for a long time.

I am very happy with my mat. It is thicker than the GM accessories mat and fits perfectly in the bed. I had a shipping issue during Christmas and customer service was very helpful.

I purchased a mat for my 2020 Toyota truck bed, but unfortunately it did not fit due to a shipping error. Upon advising Kevin deHaan at Black Armour, a replacement was sent via UPS, and a perfect fit! Terrific service, highly recommend this Thank you Kevin.

I am not one to leave reviews, but I feel obliged to give credit where credit is due. First, the new mat for my 2021 F350 fits perfectly, is amazingly solid, looks great, and will last 350,000 miles if not more. Most important is the superb customer service. The mat arrived quickly. I had some minor issues that were addressed within a day to my complete satisfaction. They deserve 5 stars, and I would strongly recommend this product to my friends and family.

Overall the thickness and quality of the bed mat was great. Form and fit was exactly on for the Jeep Gladiator. Wasn't like other rolled rubber mats when I took it out of the box it layed flat without having to sit for days. Id purchase again

Warranty Duration
Limited Lifetime Warranty
This warranty will commence on the date of sale as documented by an invoice or bill of lading with the Original Purchaser from a qualified dealer.
Warranty Remedies
NWR warrants the product to be free from defects in material or workmanship and agrees to replace those products which disclose such defects when used under normal conditions.
NWR will not accept responsibility under the warranty for anything more than replacement of the product. In the event of a Warranty Claim, contact your dealer.
To claim under the Initial Warranty Period, the receipt of the required information by NWR must be within ten (10) days of the end of the Initial Warranty period.
Design data, and other technical information supplied by NWR are supplied “AS IS” and are not covered by this or any other warranty, except as expressly stated otherwise in writing by NWR.
